How do I contact you while you’re away?

How can I contact you, Fr. Trask?

I will be away on sabbatical from September 7th through Thanksgiving 2025.  During my absence, Fr. Robert Kraig and Fr. Frank Kosem will cover weekend Masses; they, along with three other priests, have said they will make themselves available to help cover any funerals that might arise during while I am on sabbatical in Rome.

Should you need to contact me while I’m away, you may utilize one of the methods identified below.  The best times to attempt contact might be between the hours of 8AM & 3PM (Cleveland time) – remember, Rome is Cleveland time plus 6 hours.

method details description
email revtrask@gmail.com As I will have internet access, this method will provide me with a timely way to stay in contact with you.  I will reply as my schedule permits (click here to see my schedule).
USA cell 440.987.9873 You’re welcome to call and leave me a voicemail.  PLEASE NOTE: Your only option when calling my cell is to leave me a voicemail.  Because of the time differential (6 hours), it’s easier for me to return calls – than it is to be awakened by someone calling at an acceptable hour in Ohio … but early AM hours here in Rome.   ALSO, please be mindful of the time differential when hoping for a returned call.
Italian Cell In Italy, I can be reached at:
+39.320.442.1046
or
+39.320.415.3313
(From a USA landline, dial 011 in place of the plus; from a cell phone, press & hold the zero to enter a +)

We are WAY too connected in the 21st century, but I’m going with it.  These are two Italian numbers at which you may also try to reach me – if need be.

Do note: this will incur an international calling charge, as you’ll be calling an Italian phone number.
